Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses in all Australian states and territories from our Melbourne fulfilment location. We don't ship outside Australia.

Shipping costs

• Orders of A$99 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders under A$99: flat A$9.90 standard shipping.
• Large items: flat A$49.95 Large Item Delivery per order, wherever you are in Australia. This applies once per order, however many large items you buy.

Large items are:

• bathroom mirrors and mirror cabinets;
• gaming desks;
• the overbed table and dog crate end table;
• the indoor grow tent;
• garden equipment: the compost bin, garden bridge and garden dump cart.

Orders with large and standard items

Large items count toward the A$99 free-shipping threshold. If your order includes a large item, you pay A$49.95 for Large Item Delivery, and the other items in the same order ship free when your order total is A$99 or more.

The A$99 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts, before shipping. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Estimated delivery from order placement:

• Standard items: 2–9 business days.
• Large items: 2–12 business days.

Deliveries to regional or remote areas, and delays caused by carriers, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control, may take longer.
