Care & Use
- Use the Ab Slider locking knob to select joined or independent pad movement as shown in the manual.
- For the manual’s Ski Board setup, detach the Ab Slider resistance bands from the rear of the base, remove the slider from its track, then align the Ski Board wheels with the main-board tracks.
- For counting, move the knee pad past the counter. The counter does not operate in Ski mode.
- Touch and hold ON/OFF for three seconds to switch the display on or off. Tap Mode to change the displayed record; use a light touch rather than pressing hard.
- Secure the safety latch after use to help prevent accidental pinching during storage.
- Keep new and used button batteries out of children’s reach. The manual specifies a 3 V CR2032 cell; do not recharge it. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the battery and keep it away from children.

Why does moving the slider sometimes fail to register a repetition?
The knee pad must pass the counter to record the movement. Short movements that do not pass that position are not recorded.
Does the counter work in Ski mode?
No. The manual explicitly says the counter does not work in Ski mode.
How do I switch the electronic display on and off?
Touch and hold ON/OFF for three seconds. The buttons are touch-sensitive, so use a light touch rather than pressing hard.
Can the two sliding pads move separately?
Yes. Turn the Ab Slider locking knob to select joined mode or split mode with independent movement.
