Product Q&A
How do I fit the leg supports before exercising?
Align each support’s slots with the main frame and slide it down until fully seated. Adjust the elastic straps for a secure fit before starting controlled movements.
How do I start a 60- or 90-second counting session?
Press Power to start the counter. Press M once for a 60-second countdown or twice for 90 seconds; hold M for five seconds to reset before another session.
Why does moving the counter change when a repetition is counted?
The manual provides left- and right-side mounting positions with different detection points. Fit the counter in the designated slots shown in the manual rather than treating its readings as a fixed resistance measurement.
How do I replace the counter battery?
Gently remove the counter without damaging the clips. Undo the four rear screws with a Phillips screwdriver, replace the LR44 cell with matching polarity, refit the cover and press the counter back into its slot until it clicks.
Why does the counter switch itself off?
It automatically shuts down after 60 seconds without operation. You can also hold the Power button to switch it off.
When should I stop using the ring?
Do not use it if inspection finds burrs, cracks or another abnormality. Stop and rest if you feel dizzy, short of breath or uncomfortable, and follow the supplied safety guidance before resuming exercise.
